2005 Cannes Film Festival

The 2005 Cannes Film Festival started on May 11 and ran until May 22.[1] Twenty movies from 13 countries were selected to compete. The awards were announced on May 21. The Palme d'Or went to the Belgian film L'Enfant by Jean-Pierre Dardenne and Luc Dardenne.
